Medical Drying Cabinet

Scope of application:
The cabinet is mainly designed for thorough drying of equipment or items before sterilization in medical facilities. Equipment or objects include: metal equipment (commonly used metal equipment, rubber lenses, etc.), plastic objects (anesthesia machine tubes, ventilator tubes, etc.), glassware, etc.

The principle of operation:
The drying cabinet has changed the structure of the air intake system, providing forced circulation of hot air (air outlet from above, air extraction from below), which completely solves the problem of drying tubes in similar products, as well as the problem of slow and incomplete drying of the lower part of the equipment in the tray.

Features:

• Volume: 300L, 500L. It can dry and handle large-sized objects; the height of the inner cavity is 1400 mm, which allows the longest tubes to be hung and meets the needs of different customers.
• Fast heating and short drying cycle. Forced hot air circulation effectively controls heat loss, saves time and reduces drying costs.
• Intelligent program management. The built-in high/medium/low temperature modes are set with preset values for temperature and drying time, humidity and time, and the parameters can be adjusted according to user requirements.
• User-friendly design. The integrated multi-layer dryer can be flexibly disassembled to meet the needs of users of different sizes and achieve the ideal “one cabinet for multiple applications” effect.
• External outlet panel. Excess water from the cabinet can be drained directly from the bottom when drying the equipment.
